The Baby Ape (level 9) can be found in the Eastern Kingdoms continent at the Cape of Stranglethorn. However, it only appears at Jaguero Isle during Rain weather. Jaguero Isle seems to have its own rain-weather — independent from The Cape of Stranglethorn’s. In short, if it’s raining in the Cape of Stranglethorn, it might not be raining at Jaguero Isle.
