The Stormstout Brewery dungeon is now available in the latest World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria beta build 15640. The dungeon can be found on the southern part of the Valley of the Four Winds.

The first boss encounter is Ook-Ook, a massive Hozen monkey that seems to throw some bananas over time during the battle. You will also see barrels moving across the room in different directions.

The cool thing about this encounter is that players can actually click the barrels, the character jumps on the barrel, and allows players to control the direction of the barrel to crash it on the boss. Pretty much looks like it’s payback time against Donkey Kong.

Easter Egg

According to player Spacemoocow, Ook-Ook is a pop culture reference from Terri Pratchett’s Discoworld. The Librarian (Dr. Horace Worblehat) is an orangutan that speaks repeating the same language: “Ook-Ook-Ook …!”

Boss Abilities

Ground Pound: Ook-Ook pounds the ground every 1 sec for 3 sec inflicting 20000 Physical damage to all enemies within a 45-degree cone and stunning them for 2 sec.

Going Bananas: At 90%, 60%, and 30% health remaining, Ook-Ook goes bananas! This increases his attack speed by 15% and damage dealt by 15%. Stacks up to 3 times. In addition, this causes a wave of Rolling Barrels.

Rolling Barrel: Ook-Ook’s entourage periodically throw Rolling Barrels, which roll across the room until they hit a wall, player, or Ook-Ook himself. At 90%, 60%, and 30% health remaining, the entourage throws more barrels.

Brew explosion: Rolling Barrels inflict 50000 Physical damage to players on contact. They also inflict 10000 Physical damage to Ook-Ook and increase damage taken by 10% for 15 sec.
