Hello there, Cryptozoic fans. We had a setback regarding the production of Worldbreaker and its packaging. We’ve resolved the issue and the street date for Worldbreaker is December 14th, 2010.

As you can see from Deathwing’s jaw jutting out of the bottom of the logo, the set will feature Cataclysm content. In the game’s fifth year (hooray!), we improved Loot as well. The common Loot card will be an alternate skin Lil XT as seen on the Blizzard store. Yes, the common Loot card is now a pet and this will continue with each set moving forward. The uncommon Loot card is the Grim Campfire. You won’t need any scary stories to bring a fright to those around this fire! Finally, the Rare Loot will be the Mottled Drake, a flying mount for your World of Warcraft MMO character. We’ll do a big announcement about the Loot cards in the future.

Darkmoon Faire Los Angeles will be the first place you’ll be able to touch the new cards, as the format will stay Worldbreaker sealed. It’ll be the first chance for players to touch, see, and smell those cards! We will have spoiler cards featured here and through our international partners. We will maintain a forum post containing all the spoiled cards and links to the corresponding articles to ensure that every player has the same information available. So, please join us in Los Angeles December 4th and 5th as we unveil Worldbreaker to the WoWTCG community. Also, the DMF Room Rate expires on the 12th of this month. Book your room today.

We’ll see you next month in L.A. and look forward to Worldbreaker previews in the next week or two. Thanks and take care!
