The persistent rumor going around the net that Ozzy Osbourne will appear at BlizzCon went into red code alert during this past weekend when DirecTV’s show listing for Blizzcon confirmed Ozzy Osbourne’s participation. However, as you can see here, all mentions of Ozzy vanished overnight.
Was it a slip up to increase the payperview sales and got curbed into removing the surprise? Or did DirecTV mirrored the rumors convinced it was true and Ozzy’s agent contacted them to deny his participation? Unless either party confirms it, this rumor seems to remain a rumor until BlizzCon.
