News Alert from Blizzard: Live technical support will not be available this coming Monday, January 15, due to the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday. However, with Tuesday 16th’s arrival of World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, we will be extending our support hours to 9AM – 7:30PM PST, and we will be working the following Saturday to better serve our players. Over the next couple of weeks, our support hours will be as follows:
- Tuesday, January 16 – Saturday, January 20, 9AM-7:30PM PST
Monday, January 22 – Friday, January 26, 9AM-7:30PM PST
