As a follow up, everyone who pre-ordered the World of Warcraft comic book will have to wait 6-8 weeks for the first issue to arrive via post mail. Doesn’t help that I pre-ordered on July. It is a pain to see the comic book in the newsstands, and everyone reading them before you, but I guess we get what we paid for.

Everyone else has to pay the newsstand price $2.99, while pre-order customers get a discount paying only 1.99 per issue. This is a reply from the WoW Comic Book pre-orders satellite office a fan just forwarded me:

“We received your order on October 4, 2007.  It takes approximately 6-8 weeks to start receiving your magazines.  Your subscription will start with the November 2007 issue and expire with the December 2008 issue.  The issue is forthcoming, expect it by the end of November .

Thank you for subscribing to World of Warcraft,

Cathy Sawyer
Customer Service”

A representative replied at the Wildstorm forums that some pre-orders already arrived, and was surprised my order hasn’t.

Medieval,

That doesn’t sound right, as other people have already received their first issues in the mail. What was the exact date you pre-ordered?

WildStorm

Again, if you wish to ask a representative what the status of your pre-order is feel free to contact them via email or phone here:
