UDON Extends World of Warcraft Tribute Art Submissions Deadline


During the New York Comic Con 2012, UDON held a panel about their upcoming products. They announced a partnership with Blizzard Entertainment to publish World of Warcraft Tribute — a collection of hundreds of fan art by amateur and professional artists from around the globe. Artists of all styles are welcome to submit their work for a chance to be published in the book. UDON will mention your name on a note next to your artwork. This is a great notch for your resume, and companies might be interested in reaching you out too.

The original deadline was January 15, but UDON announced yesterday they decided to extend the deadline until January 31, 2013. Crack your knuckles, and start your masterpiece. Get your work published into the World of Warcraft Tribute book. — source

You now have until January 31st, 2013, to submit your work for possible inclusion in the World of Warcraft Tribute collection. This stellar art book, featuring a wide range of pieces from artists around the globe, is set to debut at Comic Con International 2013 in San Diego as a con-exclusive hardcover – and your work could be part of the excitement!

For artists who rushed to submit before the original deadline, don’t worry! If you want to make any tweaks or revisions to your piece, feel free to submit it again. We will count the latest version as your entry (and we appreciate your hard work in meeting the initial deadline).
