Yesterday, Wednesday, September 11th, Blizzard Entertainment Latin America held a special Diablo III (PS3) Launch Event in Mexico City, and of course, BlizzPlanet Latino (es.blizzplanet.com) was there. This article was written originally in spanish and it can be read here — in our es.Blizzplanet Latin America site.
Lylirra has awesome news to share to hardcore Blizzard stuff collectors who own a PlayStation 3. This Thursday, June 13th, new Diablo III director Josh Mosqueira is showcasing Diablo III (PS3) at E3. Simultaneously, the Diablo III Facebook and Twitter will be giving away PlayStation 3 skins with the Diablo III: Book of Cain logo.
Attendees who stop by the Activision and Sony booths at E3 this year to try out our multiplayer demo of Diablo III have the chance to walk away with a sweetPS3 skin bearing the D3 logo. (Pretty snazzy, huh?)
Rather than just let this be an E3-exclusive item, we want to give players at home the opportunity to score this loot, too! So, if you’d like to try your fate at earning a custom Diablo III-inspired skin for your PS3, here’s what you can do:
1. On Thursday, June 13, the Diablo III console developers will be taking the Sony Stage at E3 to give a special presentation of Diablo III on the PS3.
3. Whenever you see a post related to the presentation on Thursday, either re-tweet it on Twitter or click “Share” on Facebook. Make sure to share the post publicly on Facebook so that you’re eligible and so that we can contact you if you’re a winner!
And it’s that simple. We’ll be randomly selecting 50 players who re-tweet and share our posts to receive the custom skin after the convention is over. Good luck, Nephalem! — source

In addition, the game supports parties composed of both local and online players. Once gamers experience the rush of Diablo III’s unique brand of hack-and-slash gameplay from the comfort of their couch, Sanctuary will never be the same.
Players who preorder either console version of Diablo III will receive an exclusive in-game item: the Infernal Helm, which grants an experience point boost to any character who wears it, accelerating their progression as they rise in power. Certain retailers will also offer limited-edition preorder bonuses—check with your local retailer for further information.
“Playing Diablo III on a big screen with your friends brings a whole new level of intensity to the game, and with all of the control and interface adaptations we’ve made, it’s extremely fun to play on PS3™ and Xbox 360,” said Mike Morhaime , CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment . “In addition to the fine-tuning we’ve done for the console versions, we’re also including major content and design updates we’ve made to the PC version over the past year, so players can expect an epic Diablo gaming experience when the PS3™ and Xbox 360 versions launch in September.”
In Diablo III, players take on the role of one of five heroic characters—barbarian, witch doctor, wizard, monk, or demon hunter—and embark on a perilous quest to save the world of Sanctuary from the corrupting forces of the Burning Hells. As players make their way from the demon-besieged town of New Tristram to the Diamond Gates of the High Heavens, they’ll engage in pulse-pounding combat with hordes of monsters and challenging bosses, grow in experience and ability, acquire artifacts of incredible power, and meet key characters who’ll join them in battle or aid them along the way.

I have a serious business thought. Me thinks we should look forward to some words concerning the Diablo III expansion. Don’t take my word for it. I blame my spider-sense.
If you haven’t yet read the Diablo III: Book of Cain, it’s a good time to do so before jumping into the sequel Diablo III: Book of Tyrael.
