It is good for the modding community to have spotlights in magazine articles, and that is the case with Star Alliance and Sovereign Empire Modding Communities. Skeletal Rage—a Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne Mod available at desmasic.samods.org—was featured in the pages of PCGamer (UK Edition). The mod was included on the PCGamer CD attached to the Magazine. We hope to see more magazines focus on the modding community. Special cheers to the guys over at Star Alliance. Visit the following forum topic to congrat them.

Blizzard updated the Under Development section showing now Battlemasters. These are NPCs in some cities that like Orgrimmar and Iron Forge that will allow players to enter a Que from within cities, same as Meeting Stones have now Innkeepers Group-Meeting Ques. You can enter Warsong Gulch and Alterac Valley by talking to any of the Battlemasters, which will save a load of time in traveling. Spybots for the SI:9 agency will be added soon. Miguel: This, in my opinion, is the definitive WoW PvP experience. The map is huge, densely populated with players, NPCs, and monsters, and it greatly rewards coordination and strategy. Case in point: try taking the Alliance base without both Lokkmar (the huge, summonable epic boss that aids the Horde in its assault) and a group of beefed-up wolf raiders. It’s impossible. The arches on those last two guard towers will chew you up, not to mention the entire Alliance raid that’s sure to have gathered in the meantime. It’s insane. My last match lasted six hours, and I got over 1,000 honorable kills. It was really late at night by the time it was over, but once we took that last graveyard, and destroyed one of the last guard towers, I knew it wasn’t going to be long.
1UP.com published a short preview of the upcoming game Hellgate: London:
“The engine is beautiful, and if it can really create an endless series of randomly generated dungeons to crawl though, the replayability factor will be enormous. The weird blend of magic and realism, in both items and environments, should make for a compelling and surreal game world—we look forward to smiting hellspawn in and around landmarks like Big Ben and the Millennium Dome.”
GameInformer Magazine(June Edition) will feature an article of Hellgate: London. You may find the magazine at any newsstand store or directly at the Magazine website
