Blizzard Entertainment is looking for the best to continue development of Starcraft 2, which has gone into balance stage and polishing prior to Closed Beta. The job openings for Starcraft 2 development are:

Senior Tools Programmer
The StarCraft 2 team is seeking an experienced Senior Tools Programmer. The ideal applicant will be proficient in developing powerful toolsets primarily for art pipelines, but also for code, design and audio pipelines. For more information on this position please check out the posting here.

3D Artist with User Interface Experience
The StarCraft 2 team is looking for an exceptionally skilled 3D/Photoshop artist with strong experience working on user interface elements. The ideal candidate has experience using 2D and 3D programs to create and layout user interfaces, strong concept & painting skills, and an ability to adapt their style to the needs of the project. Game Balance Designer
The StarCraft 2 team is looking for a talented and enthusiastic game designer. This position will focus on play balance, systems balance and multiplayer gaming. The ideal candidate will be an experienced real-time strategy enthusiast with an excellent analytical understanding of competitive online play. Level Designer
The StarCraft 2 team is looking for a talented level designer with experience building levels using any popular 3D Real-Time Strategy game toolset (Warcraft 3, Rise of Legends, Command and Conquer, etc). The ideal candidate has industry experience on a shipping game, or has created and distributed levels in the fan/mod community. Level designers need to be able to create fun and interesting environments that look and play great. Samples of your work should be submitted along with a resume and cover letter. Please include a breakdown for each level that describes what you did (layout, modeling, textures, lighting, triggers, etc.).
