During BotCon 2011 (June 2-5) at Pasadena, Chris Metzen and Flint Dille announced they would write Transformers: Autocracy.
IDW Publishing recently released a teaser for Transformers: Autocracy, expected to be launched on January 18th. It’s a bi-weekly 8-pages digital-only comic book available on iPad and iPhone.
Autocracy is said to tie-in with Transformers: Chaos Theory and the Golden Age of Cybertron.
Chris Metzen debuted into the world of comics with TOKYOPOP StarCraft: Frontline Vol. 4 where he wrote Homecoming — a story about Jim Raynor. He’s also written a comic book based on a future USA civil war, however it hasn’t been published to my knowledge.
