Prospector Brann Bronzebeard is one of the three Bronzebeard brothers composed by King Magni, Muradin and Brann.  Muradin is alive and amnesic somewhere in Northrend. Brann first appeared in the features page of the official World of Warcraft website after Blizzard announced World of Warcraft a few years ago. People may remember him from the Stranglethorn Vale tale that he had been exploring Zul’Gurub.

Brann rose to fame through the World of Warcraft RPG Books. Especially Lands of Conflict and Lands of Mystery.  In the latter, Brann explored Northrend and that’s the first preview of Northrend lore after the book was published on 2006—a year before even Wrath of the Lich King had been announced.

Today I have been playing in Grizzly Hills. The first mention of Brann Bronzebeard in Wrath of the Lich King is made in a Horde quest. In the outdoor garden of Thor Modan, on the left side, you will find a Journal.  When you bring it to Camp Oneqwah, and probably to the Westfall Brigade Encampment (Alliance), it is revealed the Journal belongs to Prospector Brann Bronzebeard who recently visited Thor Modan.

He had to run from the Iron Runed Dwarves, and left his journal behind.  From the runes inside Thor Modan he heard of Ulduar in Storm Peaks.  I managed to get an invite from a group that was at the final event.  I helped them survive the event. Sadly the server was going to restart in less than 10 minutes. So I barely had time to take screenshots and video.

At the end of the event you can find Brann Bronzebeard in Ulduar – Hall of Stones.
